All orders placed with KUSAAZ are final once payment is confirmed.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after payment confirmation.

• Returns: We do not accept returns or offer monetary refunds once an order is confirmed.
  

• Exchanges / Replacements: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong size, we will gladly offer a replacement item. Please contact us on Instagram (@kusaaz.hk) within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof.
